It's a Boy Girl Thing is a comedy from 2006, about a straight-A nerdy virgin girl and party jock guy who end up swapping bodies through some magic. It's got a fair amount of naughty bits and suggestions throughout, including:

ENF early in the film, where the nerdy girl leans out her window to tell the jock guy next door not to play his music so loud. However, her pajama top is snagged on the closing window, ripping away and exposing her boobs.
When the nerdy girl (now with the guy in her body) wakes up, she goes through her underwear drawer, which is filled with day of the week panties. She puts a pair on, thinking to herself, "Now my bush knows it's Wednesday".
There are several references to the nerdy girl having a bush. At a sleepover, some girls comment on her having a "rainforest thing" and offer to smooth it out. She accepts, not realizing they intend to give her a wax. They yank off her pajama bottoms, gag her with floral print panties, then yank the wax strip (complete with a shot of the pubes stuck to the strip).
ENF near the end of the film, where the resident mean girl goes to pitch a fight at prom, only for someone to step on the back of her dress and expose her pantyless butt.

WOW! There is also a shower scene in the spirit of Porky's. Really nice nudity, and I'm surprised it only received a PG-13 rating. IMDB says that there was an edited version where steam obscured some of the nudity, but it appears that the US had the uncut version. Yeah, it's a real surprise how much this movie managed to get in.
