Lol, the only difference is that this manga can already be see for free all over the internet, when you are sharing the work (and way to make money) of a small creator

The difference is you shouldn't make something that was already wrong worse by contributing to the problem yourself. You should not be taking something directly from a creator without their permission, or without even attributing the work to them. It's undermining someone who makes a massive contribution.
