If the iPhone is factory reset or perhaps if she has migrated to another iPhone this might be impossible. My advice to anyone reselling/handing down phones, tablets and computers is always to do a factory reset at the very least.

I recovered this from a phone I bought, the first thing I always do is scan with a program to recover deleted files
