That cap is from the film; Fucking Ferdinand. In the scene, the woman is forced to strip while a crowd of villagers look on. It's an ENF, and it definitely fits in this thread.

Here's an expanded look at the scene. The actress is Isabelle Maltese. She's publically stripped by a blind man, while the entire village watches. The film is a comedy (from the pre-PC 1980's).
