I don't know what to make of this one. It's from Raiders of the Lost Ark, but it's a different version of the scene. Probably an accident, since Karen Allen has most of her dress torn off (all the way up to her panties!). The second shot is just an upskirt from the finished film.

Found these shots that show the way Karen Allen's dress was ripped in the actual film. Only the hem was torn. Compare them to the last shot. The whole dress is missing from the waist down, and she's basically in her underwear. I know Spielberg has a panty fetish, but...
