Found these on the photographer's website through Texas Monthly magazine. They don't print many and have not been an every year occurrence, but the profits benefit the Texas C@ve Management Association. Haven't found but a few covers, but I do like their lack of shyness. 2022 version is sold out, but some 2010 and 2018 ones remain.

Started searching for other calendars in caves and found this one as well from 2008 (calendar pages with just males not uploaded). Funny thing is that I saw a documentary years ago on PBS where they showed the spelunkers exploring a cave naked. I didn't realize it was a thing.
