I really can't understand women who crave to have bigger boobs.
I could understand those who have really saggy tits and want to lift them up, but if you have small boobs (usually they are proportioned to the body, so if they are small, there is a reason), deal with it!
If my wife had small tits and wanted to undergo a surgery I would like her to give up to that idea.
Also because the result could be not what you expected, sometimes you see very unnatural outcomes.

Unlikely in the long term. Erect nipples are common for four to six weeks post augmentation mammoplasty procedures, as the pressure the implants put on the nerves is a new stimulation.
