The one-bar prison.

For anyone that hasn't seen this device before, it's a metal pole with a metal domed end. It's adjustable in height as it sits inside a metal tube on a base plate. The woman wears heels, stands over it and it's raised up. It's pushed up right inside her vagina then the rod is clamped tight where it joins the top of the tube, outside the woman's reach, so she can't lower it.

As the woman is standing on the base plate she can't easily tilt the rod. And as she is wearing heels she can't raise herself far enough to slip the end out of her vagina and step off. All she can do (with some effort) is turn round, rotating her vagina on the fixed rod.
