Naked yoga

Much to my surprise the wife suggested yoga and dialed up a YouTube video of a nice lady stretching and. Limbering and finally directing us to follow her movements.
She paused the tv and said naked is better…so there I was doing my first yoga with my wife both naked and bending, stretching, exhaling, etc.

I think it's a great way to connect with your partner. Doing it naked and uninhibited can do wonders for intimacy.

Our resort offers "naked yoga." It's held by the pool area, so we've been able to observe it taking place; and I think it's pretty cool. I've tried to talk my wife into trying it, but she finds it too "exposed." Undoubtably it takes a high level of confidence to hold a "down dog" or open-legged pose with people right behind you! But everyone seemed respectful about the "level" of openness around them. Even though my wife is not always shy about being openly naked around other nudists, she is not so uninhibited (yet) as to hold a stance with her ass up in the air and her kitty fully open and exposed lol!

But...maybe we'll try it at home and practice it often enough so get to the point where she doesn't mind so much doing it around other people. Sounds like a good idea, actually.

My health club offers what is called a "Hot Yoga" class. Its an advanced class for serious members. The only real difference, is that the temperature of the room is considerably higher. They set the thermostat to 92 degrees and the class runs 50 mins. Although the participants do in fact wear work out ensembles, they were quite thin to the point of being more a decoration than cover. Both men and women participated in the class. The few men that came, were mostly along the back row. I found it to be a very exhausting workout. But a great cleanse from sweating a great deal. ha ha Surprisingly, as the previous comment was, people were very respectful of the vulnerability of everyone's state of exposure.

My wife has done naked yoga in the house with the curtains closed. But she wouldn't let me take pictures!

Naked yoga is basically the ONLY yoga my wife does... inside the house or outside on secluded places. She loves it and documents it. :-)
