Some of the many risque scenes in the animated series Star Blazers (Space Battleship Yamato). All were removed from the US release (though they were perfectly fine for the Japanese). As we all know, if an american male under the age of 18 ever gets a look at a woman's panties, there's no telling what might happen...

Another cartoon with a strangely risque episode was GI Joe. In the episode, the female lead is reduced to the size of a child by some sort of gas (or something along those lines), and her adult sized pants slip off. At the end of the episode she's restored to her full adult size...but she doesn't get her pants back.
