Yandex has picked up the bookshelf in the background of the pic.

My advice would be to use the free part of pimeyes and save the semi-pixilated pics and then run those through yandex.

It’s brought up results, here’s a selection of them. Good luck and happy searching.

The distinctive silver shield ring on her right hand is in most pics, confirming it’s her.

(Yes mods, I still haven’t learnt the art of Zip files!)

It’s the same woman. Notice the mole on her neck, one picture must be reversed though. All I can find is that she’s Polish but no doubt one of the experts will give more information/zip

Plenty can be found by reverse image searching a pic.
