Fuerteventura, one of the big hotels on the beach by the sea near Correlejo is popular with nudists. I believe it a RIU complex. My first wife was always nude on that piece of beach.

This temperature is probably OK if you are coming from a northern European climate, from where there are many tourists at this time of year.

If you think about the thickness of swimwear, it will not keep you any warmer than naked skin. Wet/damp swimwear will feel worse than naked skin in colder weather.

Nice picture. Your first wife has the same hairstyle as mine used to have, both places.

Fantastic beach, but tends to be windy. Correlejo was the first place we went on holiday to together. No pics unfortunately as she was coy in those days.

When we arrived there at a restaurant near the beach, we were not aware that nude was the norm. I said to her that I thought the heat was getting to me because I just hallucinated a naked woman. She said it can’t be the heat because she saw her too. I said maybe the heat’s getting to you too. She said “Nah. It would have been a man.”

Got great memories of my first girlfriend from holidays, too. Mainly, camping in the area west of San Tropez.

Until we got to Fuerteventura on that first holiday, neither my wife nor I knew that we had both been holiday nudists with our previous partners.

We tried the dunes by the two big hotels and drove down to the south one day. Our favourite was a lovely beach on the north west coast that people at our hotel recommended. I can't remember the name, but suspect it was El Cotillo because it was just as you describe. It's probably all changed there now because this was 23 years ago and there was a lot of work development going on.

We went back only once with the kids because my wife didn't think it was a great place for them. Maybe, we'll go back now they are grown up.
