It's definitely German; most of the videos I've found that have any sort of ID suggest the Deichbrand festival, and some also list a date of 2013. While it is true that the so-called "Gerfest" videos are there (and thanks for pointing this out to any who'd like to see the rest of those), you will not find "where this event was filmed" either there or in the "linked" thread (which now no longer exists) "Sauna and duschszene voyeurs." What I'm trying to establish, as well as posting these now 2 videos, is where they , and the more familiar single-sex in-a-covered-tent ones, were actually filmed; so far I've got several clues but not incontrovertible proof that both sets were at the Deichbrand festival in Germany. The second shows a bit more of the area outside the enclosure, but still not enough for solid confirmation.
