Lost access to my old account

Hi whoever needs to see this,

I have lost access to my old account - ENFFan01 - which had a lifetime membership. My old password doesn't work, and when I go to recover my password it says my email address isn't recognised - but that's definitely the email I had registered and I have emails to show it.

I used the "contact the administrator" option several times but still can't log in for several weeks and got no response.

My old account hasn't been online though since I lost access so I doubt it's been hacked/email changed etc. Also didn't do anything to get banned - hadn't even posted since October.

Help a brother out?

As a mod I have no access to anyones account info, only Admin can do that.
All I can suggest is that you try to contact Admin again. Sorry I can't help more.

No problem Turtle, not your fault. FYI (or more accurately for anyone else who sees this) I messaged the admins right after you posted that message and I'm yet to hear back.

Has anyone had success reaching an admin recently? It's been weeks since I've had access to my account with lifetime membership...

Is there any way a mod can notify an admin, like for when people ask to have their account deleted? I've lost access to my old account (ENFFan01, which I paid for a lifetime membership) for absolutely no reason, it's been a month and a half and I've had absolutely no response from admins, either through the official form or by sending a message from this account.

I can think of literally nothing I could have done that would merit a ban or anything like that. I've contributed content, I've reported spam, I've thanked posters... what's going on?

So for what it's worth, I just managed to get back into my old account - I guessed an ancient password I haven't used for anything in over a decade and lo and behold, it worked. I went in to my email settings and the email has also reverted to an account that hasn't been active in over a decade (I suspect this was the email/password combo I used when I first signed up).

Absolutely bizarre site error, and it cost me too as I recently signed up for a new Lifetime pass on ENFFan02 just to be able to access the forum again.

Given the admins never even replied to my messaging them about losing access to my account, I'm guessing a refund on my second lifetime pass is out of the question?
