Let me add to this a bit, as a lawyer. If you post without consent, you are not only risking your relationship, you are providing grounds for 1. a divorce, 2. a no contact order, 3. a civil lawsuit, and 4. in some jurisdictions, criminal charges. DON'T DO IT.

Not a lawyer, but I absolutely agree! My wife knows EVERY time I'm posting a photo of her, I ask her ahead of time. Even though she's always fine with it, I always get her permission first.
