The post you referred to in itself referred to another post which has been removed. The post after the one you referred to also quoted four links to other places that this particular "Zoe" could be found on here. They have also been removed. This tells me very clearly that she has asked not to be posted here, so all pics and threads related to her alone have been taken down.
If it is the same "Zoe" then you should not find her anywhere on OCC. It happens, for various reasons.
