I tried to zoom in on the sign with no result. It looks like a hotel.

Haven't been able to pinpoint location, but there's a set of her titled "Frankfurt - Hooker" at homepornjpg.com/frankfurt-hooker.shtml with a dew slightly different angles on the view, and, while I'm equally unable to decipher the signs above the road, they do seem to be consistent with German ones...

Actually it is Barceloneta; I checked by googling streetview of "84 Passeig de Joan de Borbó Barcelona" and by downloading the video whence the still: voyeurpapa.com/tag/candid-tans-hd-nude-16006/ , wherein the woman pictured in the original post gets out of the water in what is clearly Barcelona (with several other Barcelona-specific buildings also seen), with the same building clearly visible behind her...

You are correct, I thought the pic has been inverted. Hence my questioning of it! Angle made no sense, but does now.
