Something that is generally thought to be a huge turn-on, but doesn't do it for me? That's the tough one...poop, pee, dirty underwear those are niche turn-ons anyway so that they don't turn me on is not surprising.

Generally accepted things though...nipple piercings. Nipples on breasts of any size are amazing and jabbing a post through one doesn't make sense to me.
