Nice find!
You have to wonder if it was deliberate. A long time ago I read something where Chris E mentioned that the psychological aspect of competition was always in her mind. So much so that she carefully chose her outfits. Now she didn't come right out and say it, but the implication was that her showing as much panty as possible was a way to get the judges and crowd on her side. Self Conscious?
Here's a series of images taken at some team sporting event.
I like these images because it seems to me the girl is self conscious about her ass-- note the body language as she places both hands on her tush. It's classic-- she's concerned or self aware of something to do either with her clothing or that part of her body. Also notice the picture on the top left-- you can make out the panty line. And they are full coverage. You wonder if she was concerned about VPL and tried going big to maximize the area of smoothness--only it didn't work and it obvious she's wearing granny panties. I wonder if that was the cause for concern?
