My answer: purely hypothetical with wife as this would never happen, but if there is any chance she would notice them, I would stop. If we stopped I could lightly tease her and have her worked up for a major sex session by the time we got home. She would probably stay horny for a week.

If she doesn’t notice, I’m horny for a month but she isn’t.

If she notices herself, she shuts down for a week or longer.

If she notices and thinks I knew but didn’t tell her she shuts down for a month or more.

Many of these questions are contrived hypotheticals with limited options / alternatives, but fun to contemplate! I also would leave it up to her, and depending on how many adult beverages had been consumed I really have no idea which option she would pick. Answer: I wouldn't say anything, and continue with what we were doing.

We have done this in the past, in cars, picnic in a field, in her grandparents garden, in a boat.

I never saw anyone, any of those times, but there could have easy been someone watching.
