I'm sorry about that...to open a rar just use one of many decompressors freely available, such as winrar, 7zip, ...many others. That's for windows. I assume you're not a linux user, or you wouldn't ask. If you have a mac, I'm very sure there's a way, but don't know the name of the programs in question (though of course on a mac you have access to a unix shell). Google (or yandex) "uncompress rar file", and any of the answers there will work for you, I'm pretty sure.
