The manga I'm looking for has been posted on this thread before, but I don't remember the page number of that post. The leading lady conducting an orchestra when her dress falls off, leaving her naked. And if I recall correctly, there were other panels where she was topless in front of her band.

When I had first seen these images, I had tried to find the manga but failed. I was hoping that I could read the manga this time around.

I'm pretty sure the manga you're looking for is called "Bra Bra Ban Ban". I can't find it posted anywhere in this thread by searching the name though. The part where she ends up naked is one of the last pages of the last chapter. Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge it was never translated, so reading it might be difficult unless you can read Japanese.
