One thing is for certain; she is European. I lived in Germany for 9 years and recognized the electrical outlet. Thanks for the links. There are quite a few picks with Russian text, so that confirms that she certainly is not in the Western hemisphere.

I think I know her. Because of the weird camera angle I'm not sure. Anyone seen any more pics? She didn't have the tattoo when I knew her.
