Same has her listed as Sophie and Judy when I did an image search, but the names may not necessarily be related to pic search. She's in a lot of granny flashers random pics.

One thing is for certain; she is European. I lived in Germany for 9 years and recognized the electrical outlet. Thanks for the links. There are quite a few picks with Russian text, so that confirms that she certainly is not in the Western hemisphere.
