Missy and her boyfriend were in a big argument. She went out with a friend to blow off some steam but her friend got drunk, further irritating Missy who couldn't drink so she could drive. Being agitated can lead to bad decisions such as:

Missy talking to a bar stranger all night because he was cute and because he was not your boyfriend
Allowing her drunk friend to talk you into giving that stranger a ride home
Deciding to have revenge sex with that stranger in the car while her friend recorded
And,

above else, allowing her drunk friend to say "dude, don't use that" when he was opening a condom

The second part of the clip is Missy with her boyfriend a few months later. He has no idea this car encounter happened. And when she mounts him it's visible she is a few month pregnant. So while it's possible that's the result of make-up-sex with her boyfriend...
it's also possible there may have been another REALLY big argument after the delivery.
