Pretty sure this is from the old British comedy called "Further Up the Creek" where a bumbling naval officer is trying to demonstrate a new jet engine to some lads.

I'm pretty sure this is from (The Gods Must Be Crazy) either 1 or 2. I can't remember which but I believe there is a similar scene in both where the female character ends up with her dress being pulled up exposing her underwear. I hope that helps.

I'm a bit of an expert on nudity in Asian film so your post caught my attention.

The scene in question is from a 1994 Hong Kong film directed by Otto Chan called : "Screwball '94". It's Chinese title is "不文女学堂"
