It is such a disappointment that there doesn't seem to be much in the UK considering that Edinburgh was great this year. This time last year I had four shows booked to go to in the autumn.

omg this sounds incredible. is there any footage at all from previous tours of the show?. will it be touring in USA only?.

Except they aren't pulled on stage. The audience is told what they are going to do when asking for volunteers and paid to come up if they volunteer. Still sounds like fun, tough!

Just got back from the English National Opera performance of Salome (running for another week or so) and the lead soprano, Allison Cook, playing Salome, is topless for about fifteen minutes. Includes a short striptease and simulated female masturbation (facing away). Not the greatest version of the opera, imo, but great singing and a decent pair of books on stage, if the two go together as your thing.
