I think the percentage of women who fully shave is quite low, and the percentage of women who keep it naturally hairy without any trimming or shaving is also quite low. I guess most women do at least some kind of shaving/trimming, at least the bikini line, and I guess many leave a landing strip, small triangle or tuft.
