It frequently gets posted ( after 25 years ) as being Princess Diana but it isn't, it's one of her ladies in waiting from back in the day.

Thanks. I think we can all agree that it is not Diana. I don't believe it is a lady in waiting either. According to google, she had 8 and they were all in 30s or 40s around time of this picture (guessing late 80s to early 90s). Pics of the women don't match this lady either. She appears to be brunette, early to mid-20s, slender body, high cheek bones and thin upper lip with fat lower lip. It is hard to tell with hat and angle. The best match, close to Diana, was Lady Sara Chatto (Armstrong Jones). In her wedding etc. She seemed to be a decent looker when young. Born in 1964. It is impossible to know which is too bad because pretty rare occurence to get a royal with massive, exposed bush.

When I first saw this photo, a very long time ago, it was tagged as being Sarah Ferguson, But I'm pretty sure it's not. But who though - that's the mystery?

The photo is from the late 80s possibly early 90s.
I think her husband is a Lord or a Viscount and I keep thinking her name is Victoria but i'm probably wrong. Think it was from Royal Ascot.

Her name is Victoria Tucker and was married or girlfriend to Sir Gordon White.
The windy picture is from the 1990 Derby races at Epsom.
