Neve McIntosh actually opens the show by going to answer the door bottomless then walks around like that for a short scene so she is quite exposed. It was bushy as in untidy - not thick like a merkin. I believe it was her real hair and I was quite close to her.

Re being blocked by Orlando Bloom - who is a big guy - it's possible. He's downstage centre, she's upstage left (audience left, that is) so the lower rows to the right of centre might be blocked. People on the left side will have no problem unless you've got a vase of flowers partially in the way - as I did.
