How are you able to know what is fake and what is real? Some of them are very good.

Most times, fakes just look...fake. I have been fooled before though, so I understand what you mean.

Also, if you're familiar with the original set, then you know whose face should be in the pictures. So when suddenly you see a picture from that set with a whole new face pasted on, it's really obvious.

Besides what has already been mentioned, you can take a suspected fake pic and do a reverse image search. This will usually show the 'correct' version of the pic, as well as (sometimes) other pics in the 'correct' set.

Usually, the fake pic looks "off" in some way, like the face being lighter/darker than the body.

And, sometimes it's just a case of knowing what the original really looks like.
