Ok, full nerd mode cos i am an electronics engineer. I have never in say 100 uk hotel experiences seen a wall wired light in a bathroom. That looks to be in zone One of the regulations so is a nono. Shaver sockets are current limited so wouldnt power a light bulb. Ordinary sockets need to be at least 10 feet from water in a bathroom and few uk bathrooms are that big.
