My employer has recently moved to a new building.

My old building was right next door to a college and our meeting rooms faced the student rooms. During the last week in that building, I was in a meeting room my myself because I was taking a private phone call. I looked across at the windows of the student rooms, and I saw a girl wearing a towel with wet hair, obviously just out of the shower. She was pottering around for about 10 seconds and then she dropped her towel. The following day, I made sure I was back in that room again. I wasn't expecting much and I thought the previous day was just lucky timing. Her blinds were down on her window. Then at exactly 10:00, the blinds open and the same girl is wearing a t-shirt. She then takes off her t-shirt and is completely naked again. She grabs a towel and disappears again before coming back a few minutes later to dry herself again, completely naked and visible. She obviously has her alarm set for 10:00 and showers immediately.

Next day, exactly the same at the same time.

The day after, she opened her window blind and plugged in her mobile and left it on the window. This time when she came out of the show, she walked right up to the window to check the phone completely naked, her boobs almost pressed up against the glass. She moved back into the room to do a few things, than back to the phone topless, and then back into the room. The next time she goes to the phone, she suddenly realizes she's completely on display so close to the window and covers her boobs with her arms. But she immediately uncovers them as she moves back into the room, again completely visible to me.

The final day of my time in that building, the story is exactly the same - completely exposed at exactly 10:00 for about 10 minutes. This time she put on a yellow and black jacket which seemed like she was about to go out. I left my building and walked past the front of her building just as she was leaving. She was literally 2 feet beside me and I got a real close look at her face and she had no idea I've been being her naked for the week. Awesome!!

I had considered recording her one day but I was afraid someone from my work would walk in on me. If I could have locked the meeting room door, I definitely would have.

I suspect she knew she could be seen. She may or may not have known if anyone was in the building when she was exposing herself. But her behavior is consistent with plausible deniability, which has been discussed on other threads.
