I think that perhaps you may need to take a break and not keep asking her to send the photos. She may be feeling that this is your number one goal, sending pictures, and you are not focused on her as such.
Just put it on the back burner for now and spend time between the two of you and then after a period of time start again in a small way with a couple of pictures..
