REQ: EUF from Son of the Beach?

I know there were a bunch of EUF scenes in Son of the Beach. But, there's one I remember that was with the short blond haired chick where she's suddenly stripped too. She has a great reaction! She's standing on a wooden pier, and a guy walks up to her and rips her blouse open and off, then tears her skirt right off. She has this startled and embarrassed look that is priceless. She's left in a black bra and black panites, and screams something like "What are you going to do with me?". I lost a bunch of my older great stuff, and that was part of it. The version I had seemed to be from a bad TV reception. Does anyone have that scene, maybe even better quality? Anyone know the setup? It looked like he was stripping her and then dragging her somewhere. Almost like he was looking for a bug/wire or something. Thanks in advance!

What was the setup? Why'd he strip her like that? Did she have to spend a lot of time in just her bra and panties? It would be great to see the whole scene.
