Green Screen playing mpeg videos ?

For the past week when i try and watch mpeg files with win media player on this site i see a green screen and the video all messed up.if i first save and download to the computer the video plays fine no problem.its only when i try and open without saving it.how do i adjust that.

We have had something like this mentioned before, and i dont really know what the answer is. When ever i want to view a video, i always right click and download it.
Have you tried using a different browser?
Sorry i cant help anymore, but maybe someone else can shed some light,
