He was arrested. He gave free membership to soldiers who posted photos from Iraq. The press made it sound like he was trading porn for snuff, which wasn't really true. He gave up the site to avoid charges. That apparently included not restarting the site with the porn and without the war photos.

Commie, fascist, or just plain stupid. There's a reason fark.com has a "Florida" tag. Can we demote them from statehood and promote Puerto Rico?

I saw the pictures of "atrocities" but mostly it was just pictures of soldiers and some pictures of war. You may consider it the same thing either way. It's too bad - they were the only real pictures of the war in Iraq that I have yet to see. There were pictures of sunrises and tanks, but also pics of murdered truckers in the dirt with shot up trucks in the middle of nowhere. One memorable picture of a suicide bomber's blood up 3 stories of concrete. It is one fucked up place.

Also some great pics of naked soldier chicks I have around somewhere. A few have appeared here. I would have posted the others but for the watermarks.

Sorry, no more politics or war from me. The main point was that even tho the site is defunct, I doubt it would be cool to post stuff with their watermark. Of course the site mods here have the final call on defunct watermarks, but I doubt it would be approved.
