Yeah, I found similar information as well.
Bad News:
Apparently this scene was Morio's debut work; this particular scene was released in the Nov 7 2002 issue of the magazine. Based on the publishing date, I get the feeling that there won't be any scans of the series or much of the scene online, as the earliest volume of Shounen Sunday I found was 2013.

Good News:
I did find a few more pages of the scene; I get the feeling that there is some missing pages, as they don't line up.
