Inasmuch as the pictures have been around for some time and Vancouver's been changing its face rapidly for at least ten years, I'd be unable to pinpoint it any further than to say the Mount Pleasant neighborhood, around 12th and Main (St. Patrick's Catholic Church is shown in one of the pictures); as to the woman, I have no more info than the last several times you've asked about her...
