Naked, Embarrassed Woman on an Elevator

From Italian TV. This clip raises some provacative questions: Where is she coming from? Where is she going? Why is she naked? And, most importantly, why the hell don't I ever see this when I get on an elevator?

Not sure what that smiley face thing is. I'm assuming it's either from the show or channel it aired on. It doesn't look like a traditional watermark.
