Who Is She?

One of the most iconic images here in this forum. Pops up every now and then. Seemingly unfindable and mysterious. But one of the best amateur photos ever taken. Who knows more about her?

Easy links I found were mostly dead; if you're comfortable with torrents, google terms Diane and "lafrance a poil" together...
