I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean by changing the file name. I haven't made any alterations to the picture and I surely don't know how to change a file name. I've simply found the pics and saved them. Nothing else. If I can do something to help, please let me know. Thanks.

On a Windows computer just saving the image keeps part of the URL from facebook, and if you know how you can trace the images back to the profile using part of that URL. Whatever device/system you are using is renaming the images so the pics aren't traceable and forum users can't have a look to find more pics.
