This has just happened to me....twice in two weeks. New passwords are issued upon request, but none of them work. It took about ten requests for new passwords over several hours before I could get back into my account.
The same thing happened two weeks ago, and also once last year, so there is obviously some issue in the software somewhere. Last edited by 1Mnue1; 09-26-2015 at 04:34 AM.

This has happened to me about 4 times in last 3 weeks. Even the password resets they send from site don't work. Sometimes i can't log in for a day or longer. So frustrating. Support email is a joke. They never replied once. And it's your only option when u can't log in to your account
