I think that there are plenty of videos with partial or complete public nudity being taken - at events, schools, beaches, etc etc. However, people seem to be keeping these videos for themselves thinking that there is an issue with posting to public sites. Young guys that get the opportunity to film these events just aren't posting anything anymore.

Additionally, regular girls are more sensitive to being filmed knowing that they can show up on the internet. Which leads to the posts tilting overwhelming toward strippers and other pros.
