The more I look at this pic below, the more I am fascinated by it. It is the perfect incidental nudity pic. A woman is naked in broad daylight in a busy city neighborhood. She is posed as though she is on a secluded beach, with legs erotically spread. Behind her is an audience of men and women, NONE of whom are looking at her! I like this pic so much I recropped it to highlight the effect if possible. Then I tried to imagine how Jordan Matter would have cropped it. This took place during the Fremont Parade, but the parade itself is not visible here, so you are just left with this great naked in the city pic where everyone is oblivious to that nakedness. Great pic!

I nominate this as a fav of 2008 - and it wasn't even taken in Europe I don't remember who it was that was complaining that you could only find pics like this from Europe.

Default Solstice cyclists, then and now

I had to dig around a bit to find this thread! I had thought the 2005 thread was bigger.

2005 was my first year riding in the parade and here are a few of my painting party shots.

The last photo is a group shot of this year's painting party; compare that with the previous two of mine. Pretty amazing difference!

Official fremont threads didn't really begin until 2006. This thread was started only to highlight the walker, not the solstice cyclists in general.

Before this years parade I started a "1999-2004 early years" thread and was going to continue on with this one afterwards.
K: any objections to doing that here or would you like us to start a new one?

Here would be good because the thread title doesnt say something like "naked fremont walker from 2005". In other words, it's generic for the year.

Default More PP from 2005

I nearly posted those to the 1994-2004 retrospective thread but decided to follow the letter of the thread titles. Sounds like everyone's ok with that?

Here are more from the painting party. For those of you who like to identify repeat riders, I believe the taller of the red-and-white striped girls made an appearance in 2011 (see last photo), painted blue and riding her tandem with a new stoker.

Here she is in 2012 (I think?) and 2016.
