Found something similar; a Brazilian reporter goes to a native tribe and is inducted to their ways. After five minutes of the clip, she's dancing topless in front of the tribe.

Thanks, PeeBee - that's one of the best. She's mostly covered with a sort of garland, but it slips and separates out - especially good from about 5.00 to 7.15
