To explain a little, my wife has always been on the conservative side. For the first 10 years we were married, it was always jeans and t-shirts or sweatshirts. I finally got her to start wearing tank tops with bra padding in them. Took me forever to get her to wear them on a regular basis. She had one that looked totally smoking on her. I have mentioned in many other threads that my sister in law is the type to wear shirts that are way too big and bras that are at least a cup size too big, so whenever she bends over, her nipples are perfectly visible to everyone--family, friends, co-workers, etc.
