This is quite unusual. It almost looks like the dancers are advertising their bodies with some older women (maybe their mothers) supervising and making sure they are not displayed too long. Very interesting but sexy in its own way. I'd like to see more of this and get a better explanation of what it is about.

Andhra Pradesh is a region in India, not a person's name. I saw this once on a program about India, and specifically Bollywood. These dances have always had a flirtatious quality, but stripping and full nudity have only begun appearing recently - just as in Indian cinema. It's controversial, to say the least.
