I like the staged Japanese downblouse videos. Quality (girls and camera angel) is a whole lot better than real voyeur videos.

I also remember seeing an interest series that began with good downblouse footage, but ends with the girl in humiliation when the camera man comes up to them and indicates what she's showing. The girl acts shocked, covers up, and runs away.
