Those little blue pills are dangerous. Forget about the online fakes, the real ones can easily kill you. When I tried them they worked but gave me awful pains in the calf muscles so I didn't take any more and have since heard of various stories of guys dying from massive heart attacks attributed to those pills. There is no easy answer to ED and depending on your age there are a few options. Just about any medication will either give you problems or be neutral at best so you should only take what is absolutely necessary.

Your diet can influence things at times but that can get quite deep and confusing except to say that the Paleo diet is a good starting principle.
